1. File your claim
To file a claim: Simply login to your CustomerCare account. Select the membership you would like to file a claim for. Choose the “File a Claim” link from the Quick Links menu.
2. Service instructions
Your claim request is reviewed by a specialist to assure that all information and documentation are accurate. Eligibility of coverage under the terms and conditions of your specific plan is verified and service instructions are then sent to you via email.
3. Technician is dispatched
A local authorized service center will contact you to setup a convenient on-site service appointment. Upon arrival, the service technician will inspect your unit and perform any necessary repairs and bring it back to its original manufacturer default settings.
4. Estimate approval
After a complete diagnosis of your unit is performed, the authorized servicer will present our claims department with a written estimate repair for your covered product. The estimate is reviewed and approvals are granted within the guidelines of your plan.
5. Your unit gets fixed!
The authorized servicer completes repairs and brings your covered product back to original factory specifications. Quality control tests assure that your unit is fully functional.
