If you wish to return a product you may do so for a refund (excluding shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee) within 20 days of the purchase.
All Items returned are subject to inspection by CompBargains.com management. CompBargains.com has the right to refuse any return based on the condition of the product. Customers must follow all instructions on the return policy to insure a successful return. All products being returned must be in the original box, with all parts, manuals, and software. All items that have been damaged in any way will not be returnable.
CompBargains.com accepts the return of products that fall within one of these categories within Twenty (20) DAYS from the date of purchase:
- Factory Sealed (in fully resellable condition - i.e. no stickers, markings, etc.)
- Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA)
IF CompBargains.com DOES NOT HAVE RETURN RIGHTS TO THE MANUFACTURER, THE PRODUCT IS NON-RETURNABLE.
Certain manufacturer's require trouble shooting on defective items before a return can be approved. If a manufactuerer requires this, you must go through these steps and obtain an approved case number.
Types of returns that you can request from CompBargains.com Customer Service:
- Replacement returns of products damaged on arrival (DOA) - CompBargains.com ships the replacement product as soon as the damaged product is received.
Products returned for any reason other than Dead on Arrival (DOA), Defective, must be in resalable condition (no stickers, etc.), complete and unused, and the outer seal must not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been opened or re-taped are not eligible for return and will be refused and returned back to the customer.
Products must have a Return Authorization Number to be accepted.
Products Returned Without a Valid Returns Authorization: Products not authorized for return may be returned to you at your expense, or CompBargains.com may, in its sole discretion, issue a credit for the last purchase price, or the current price or the cost of goods less a 15 percent handling fee. CompBargains.com will not be liable for any loss or damage to items returned with an RA #.
Custom Orders/Products Returns Not Allowed:
All orders that require configuration or assembly of product to meet customer specifications are non-cancelable and may not be returned to CompBargains.com. These orders are custom built to meet a specific customer's need and may not be canceled. The customer is responsible for the full payment of the order once a purchase order has been sent to CompBargains.com.
Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
No returns on software.
We are not responsible for mislabled or represented part numbers.
We are not responsible for all descriptions provided by our distribution. All descriptions should be verified with the manufacturer before purchase. No returns on open boxes.

Refusal of Orders:
Refused orders may be subject to a cancellation/restocking fee of 15%. Call Customer Service at 818-776-9210 before refusing any shipment. Failure to call Customer Service may result in credit refusal, and products will be returned to you at your expense.
Refurbished items are 100% non-returnable.
All items refused are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

All items on CompBargains.com are subject to change without notification. CompBargains.com puts in extensive work to ensure the accuracy, pricing, availability and product information. CompBargains.com in not responsible for any sudden change in pricing, typographical errors and or inaccurate pricing. CompBargains.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to a technical mistake.
By purchasing an extended warranty through CompBargains.com all liabilities are transferred to the issuing warranty company.
All Manufacturer rebates are between the customer and the company issuing the rebate. CompBargains.com has no involvement in this process. This process is between the customer and the specified product manufacturer.
